All products sold on GreetBay are digital files delivered instantly after purchase (no physical shipping).
We offer a 30-day refund window for all purchases made on GreetBay, for both defective and non-defective products.
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
• the file fails to download
• the product is defective or corrupted
• there is a technical issue with delivery
• you are not satisfied with your purchase
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval.
